POP Setup
Configuring POP3 Apple Mail
1. Click the Mail menu
2. Select Preferences
3. Click the Accounts icon
4. Click the + sign in the bottom-left corner of window
5. Select POP as the Account Type, and fill in a general description of the account (Work, HostingNC.com, etc)
6. Type your Email Address and your Full Name into the corresponding fields
7. Type pop.hostingnc.com in the Incoming Mail Server field
8. Enter your account User Name (ie. username.enterprise) and Password into the corresponding fields
9. In the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) drop-down menu, select Add Server...
10. In the new window, type smtp.hostingnc.com in the Outgoing Mail Server field
11. In the Authentication drop-down menu, select Password and retype your Username and Password into the corresponding fields, then click OK

1. Click the Mail menu
2. Select Preferences
3. Click the Accounts icon
4. Click the + sign in the bottom-left corner of window
5. Select POP as the Account Type, and fill in a general description of the account (Work, HostingNC.com, etc)
6. Type your Email Address and your Full Name into the corresponding fields
7. Type pop.hostingnc.com in the Incoming Mail Server field
8. Enter your account User Name (ie. username.enterprise) and Password into the corresponding fields
9. In the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) drop-down menu, select Add Server...
10. In the new window, type smtp.hostingnc.com in the Outgoing Mail Server field
11. Select the Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
12. In the Authentication drop-down menu, select Password and retype your Username and Password into the corresponding fields, then click OK
